Why there is no contact form
XYcolo Doll Guide is a reference site: it takes no orders, holds no payment details and cannot see the status of any purchase. A form would not help with a problem about a specific doll, so the site publishes no email address, has no form and collects no personal data.
Questions about an order, delivery or warranty
Ask the business that took your payment: only that party can see your order and act on it.
- Bought from a store: contact that store. Its own terms cover delivery, returns and any warranty.
- Bought from XYcolo’s own store: contact XYcolo through the contact page of that store.
- Bought after clicking a “Check prices” button on this site: the order is with that store, which handles delivery, returns and support.
- Not sure who the seller is: check the order confirmation and the name on your card or payment statement.
XYcolo does not publish a warranty policy, so if you have not ordered yet, ask the seller in writing what is covered and for how long. Ask, too, whether US duties are included in the price.
Owners report receiving factory photos of their doll for approval before it ships. Keep them together with your order number and photos of the box on arrival: they show the doll’s condition before and after delivery.

If a payment goes wrong
If a store stops answering after you paid, contact your card issuer or payment service. In the US, the Fair Credit Billing Act lets you dispute a credit card charge in writing; your letter must reach the card issuer within 60 days after it sent the first bill with the error. PayPal accepts an Item Not Received dispute within 180 days of the payment.
Pay by credit card or PayPal so you keep these dispute rights. The FTC warns that scammers tell people to pay in a specific way, such as crypto, a wire transfer, a payment app or gift cards. Keep the order confirmation, every message from the seller and photos of the box before you open it.
